Order Confirmation and Shipping

Once the buyer’s order has been placed, a page appears to confirm that the order has been received. An order confirmation email will also be sent to the buyer shortly after the order is placed. If an order confirmation email is not received within 24 hours, the buyer should contact Marrakech Glow by email at the address contact@marrakechglow.com to obtain assistance. Marrakech Glow orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., except bank holidays). All orders are subject to authorization. Only authorized orders are processed and shipped. If an order has not been shipped, has been shipped incorrectly, if a product is missing, or an item is damaged or faulty, the buyer should contact Marrakech Glow by email at the address contact@marrakechglow.com to obtain assistance.
